G & A’s Engagement Session in Holderness NH was nestled in the heart of the Lakes Region town of Holderness, New Hampshire. It provided the perfect backdrop for a dreamy morning engagement session. As the first light of dawn painted the landscape in soft hues, Gretchen and Andrew embarked on a journey to capture the essence of their love.

Holderness, with its rolling hills, charming Squam Lake, and the distant silhouette of the White Mountains, set the stage for a romantic rendezvous. Choosing a Saturday morning allowed for golden hour lighting as the world around them gradually woke up to the day.

The couple carefully selected locations that held sentimental value for them. We enjoyed part of their session on a local trail that goes around Squam Lake, but also went to Squam River Covered in Ashland NH. Both of these locations are close to where Gretchen and Andrew grew up. Making it the perfect backdrop for their engagement session in Holderness NH.

Gretchen, Andrew, and I went to high school together and were close growing up. Watching their relationship grow from high school sweethearts to now is the reason I love being a wedding photographer!
