Rye NH Beach Elopement | Lex & Riley

Lex and Riley were supposed to have a large wedding, but instead decided that a beach elopement would be a better option for their lifestyle. Their elopement was intimate, and lovely being surrounded by their friends and family in a place they care so much about. Lex and Riley love to spend their free time together in Rye, NH on Jenness Beach with their dog Bowie, making it the perfect location for their elopement day!

We started the afternoon with portraits, we frolicked along the beach, looked for shells and seagulls, and even played tag, so fun! The afternoon was a clear sunny day for Lex and Riley’s Rye NH beach elopement, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weather.

After their session we were joined by a handful of their closest friends and family where we celebrated their marriage on the beach. Lex’s mom helped marry them with and with sharing their heartfelt vows, there wasn’t a dry eye on the beach. They sipped on some champagne together as a newly married couple and we took some fun family photos after the ceremony with the view of the ocean as the perfect backdrop. After their ceremony Lex and Riley got to celebrate at one of their favorite restaurants on the beach in Rye, NH.

It was so admirable to watch Lex and Riley get married in a place they love so much. Their Rye NH beach elopement was beautiful, and it’s a great reminder that you don’t need to have a big wedding to celebrate your marriage with your partner.
